    Significant purchase for me (almost 800€), I took the time to check beforehand. Authentic Daikin serial number, nominative invoice, 3-year warranty active on the Daikin France website. Installation carried out by their partner in Lille, certificate received the same day. Nothing to complain about.

    01 How long will it take to receive my order?

    Yes, free delivery in mainland France from 99€ of purchase (i.e. almost the entire catalog).

    Paid options:
    — Upstairs delivery: 25€
    — Delivery on a precise time slot (2h): 15€
    — Corsica and DROM-COM: quote on request

    03 Can I pay in installments?

    Yes, in 3 or 4 interest-free installments with Alma from 200€ of purchase. Instant decision at checkout, no application, no supporting documents.
    You pay 25% at the time of order, the rest is automatically debited over the next 3 months. Available directly at checkout.

    04 What payment methods do you accept?

    Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alma 3x/4x interest-free, and bank transfer (order validated upon receipt of transfer, allow 1-2 extra business days).

    05 Puis-je modifier ou annuler ma commande après paiement ?

    Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone within hours of your purchase — we will block the shipment and modify or cancel it free of charge.
    Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, modification is no longer possible, but you still have your 14-day right of withdrawal upon receipt.
